Default student looking to get first amex card

I am currently a student, and am interested in getting an amex card. Ive had a student credit card from wells fargo for four years now, and have always paid the full amount right away.

It seems like the Zync card would be a good place for me to start. My question is, are there any benefits of choosing the Zync over the Blue card, and vice versa?
Would it make sense to get both? Are there any other cards I should consider?

I'll probably be spending around 500/month if that helps.

The pros of the Zync are you get more benefits. The cons are that you don't have a pre-set limit.

The pros of the Blue would be a set credit limit. The cons would be that there are less benefits and harder to get approved for.

If it's your first American Express and you are a student I would likely go with the Zync because I believe you would be much more likely to get approved for it.
