From the best of my knowledge American Express has never offered them.
About the closest you could come to an American Express secured card would be one of their prepaid gift cards and the fees on those aren't cheap. Like alsteig said, why do you want one? It sounds like you should be more focused on building up your credit right now.Disclosure: I am a moderator/paid staff of this site, which does have advertising relationships with some credit cards that are discussed.
