From what I know of you are the only one. I believe there are a few US Centurion cardholders though on this forum.

What is the annual fee on the Centurion in the Netherlands? I know it varies from country to country

That's a lot cheaper than they are in the US!!

I'd love to see some Centurion card pictures if you are up for posting any. I know the ones in the Asian markets are a little different than the American version and I know the UK has another slightly different style too.

You should take some pics and censor out the info on them and post them.... looking at those is better than looking at porn.

That's the total price you're paying all together for 3 centurion cards and 4 other ones? Man i think here the price is $5k initiation + 2.5k a year. Maybe the benefits are different or something.

What are the annual spending requirements in the Netherlands to qualify for the Centurion level?

Annual spending requirements I dont know.
Should be a bit lower than the States, because not every store accept Amex.
Visa and Mastercard are the major credit cards here.

In the US probably up until maybe this decade not many places accepted American Express either. I noticed though the last 5 to 7 years it seems like the number of places that take Amex has doubled and now probably 90% of the places that take credit cards also take Amex.

I think Amex has big growth potential overseas in places like your country that are newer to using them.

I've noticed that about annual fees on credit cards in other countries being higher. For example in most Australia credit cards have an annual fee. I believe that is because the United States is a bit ahead of the world on credit cards - a decade or two ago many cards here had annual fees too.

I'm sure as time goes on annual fees will begin to disappear overseas and the cards that do carry them (i.e. Amex Platinum card) will either stay the same and possibly come down a bit in their amount.
