About LinkBacksi recently applied for a discover card, the one on here, and i got a low credit limit. i contacted them and mentioned my other cards as examples of my CL's, most notably my amex which has a 18.5k limit and they said that CL wasn't on my credit reports yet i've had it for nearly a year now. does amex not report your credit limits? i know they may not for charge cards but i that's not what i have, it's a credit card.

how long does amex take to report your CL's?

The problem isn't about how long it takes American Express to report your credit limit. Sounds like the credit bureau is the one that's making a mistake. Credit cards usually report monthly what's going on with your account so you should find out which of the 3 credit agencies isn't up to date and take it up with them.
