Not allowed to prevent a fraud going on !
I own an online retail company.
It came to our attention that we had been scammed by a credit card fraudster. He paid with someone elses card and has had our goods delivered to him.
We believe it to be fraudulent, our courier company said that the address where the goods went to has an enormous amount of deliveries going there.
We have tried to report this to the credit card company and the police.... Now because the real owner of the credit card has not noticed and come forward to their card company there is no "Victim". Credit card and police cannot and won't do anything until there IS a "victim". So meanwhile this guy can carry on with multiple credit cards doing damage! That does not seem right. Media are always covering stories of fraud prevention, yet her is this guy able to carry on, when we know he is fradulent !!

Why don't YOU contact the real owner? You should also contact your merchant bank. If you shipped merchandise and do not get paid, you are a victim of fraud.
