Default Gator's football player charges up dead girl's gas card

The player, Hornsby, charged up almost 70 fraudulent fill-ups at the gas station using a UF female classmate's gas card who died in a motorcycle crash months before.

Fortunately he had to pay back 3x the amount plus probation and other costs. I think the guy should have got at least a little jail time too, but instead they just required him to "tour" a prison which is hardly a punishment.

He most likely received a lenient punishment since he was an athlete. In America it is only the sports stars and celebrities who never see the inside of jail cell.
