About LinkBacksLast week Discover came out with the results for their most recent Spending Monitor- a random survey of over 8,000 people they do that asks questions about spending as well as their views on the economy. Less than 50% feel the economy is getting worse. The number of people who believe the economy is getting better went up from 22% to 27%. More also said their personal finances are getting better.
Overall the survey gave the most optimistic results since last September, before the economy really crashed hard.

Discover stock is back up but I'm in the red on it because I had a forced margin sell a few months back.

Good News!
FYI they just announced yesterday the results from August and consumer confidence went up another 3.5 points.
