Default Avoiding Credit Card Cash Advance Fees

    Dear friends,

I required cash advance on my citibank credit card, however they have a limit of 1,000. My question is: is there anyway to avoid the credit card cash advance fees and just do a charge of 1,000 lets say at any retailer or business (if they are willing to) and have them pay you cash???

Again, i know most retailers won't do this but.......

Sure if the retailer is willing to give you cash for the credit transaction their are no problems for you. This type of behavior may put the retailer at excessive risk for credit fraud, Also this may be against merchant agreement with the card provider. Why not buy liquid goods on a CC and sell them for cash, IE: President dollars from the treasury.
