    Default If you think interest rates are high in America.....

    .....Brazil's Central Bank cut their interest rate this week to 12.75% and that is considered low! Think if the prime rate in America was that high we would see prime rate credit cards with interest in the mid-teens! Most of the world would kill to have the credit card APR rates that we have!

    Yup may be but the average interest rate on credit cards in America is quickly catching up to these other third world countries. Does that mean America is now a third world country At the rate we're going we may be heading there
