They Treat Their Customers Like Absolute S***! They Started Charging Me Fees For My Checking Account I Have Had Opened For Over 18 Years! I Did A Balance Transfer Offer And They Were Supposed To Give Me 0% For 12 Months. Instead They Charged Me 15.99% Apr From Day One And Never Gave Me My Promo Rate. I Did It Over The Phone Too So I Had No Written Proof Of The Offer Thye Gave Me. Greedy Customer Service Reps Will Lie To You So They Can Make Their $$$$ Commissions On Your Balance Transfers. Dont Ever Do Aanything On The Phone With Them Because They Will Lie Lie Lie!!!!!!!

I left B of A for reasons very similar to that. The problem is finding a bank that isnt going to do whatever they can to make as much money as they can because the new federal laws go into effect.

Unless it is in black and white writing it never happened. Get proactive write them a letter they will refund/change it. Happens all the time.

If you do not like their practices, take your business elsewhere. It's quite simple really.

Agreed I am tired of people not reading the fine print and then crying about it later. Last time I checked quite easy to change banks. Let us know how the boycott goes "The Great American Swindle"
