Angry Saks First credit card ...Unbelievable!

HSBC cancelled my Saks First credit card because of inactivity too. When I tried to get them to reinstate it, they pulled a hard inquiry on my credit report, which is about 800, dropping it down a bit, and then denied my request. Can you believe that responsible people these days are catagorized as deadbeats? Of course...if you can't fleece me, I gotta go. Holy #@%$!

Didn't Saks stock hit a low of around a dollar about a year ago when the market crashed? Obviously they aren't doing a very good job running their company lately.

It's too bad the Saks First credit card penalized you like that. Banks need to realize it's never a good idea to treat customers unfairly - with the internet it will just result in bad PR for them.
