Of the three credit reporting agencies in America which one is better? I am looking to apply for a credit card and want to get one that will benefit my report that most. What credit reporting agency is better and what cards use is?

Your question doesn't really make a lot of sense. While the three agencies are a little different, they will usually have the same information over time. Plus you rarely have any control over which agency a potential creditor uses. So even if you figured out a way to get one of your reports really good (whatever that means) you would not be able to make sure that is the one that is used.
No, this question makes no sense at all. Which credit reporting bureau is better? They're all equal.
After something is reported to one bureau, it typically shows up on the other bureaus' reports within a few months. At the end of the day it really doesn't matter which one was reported to first.
