    Default Free Priority Pass account?

Here in Korea many banks issue VISA or MC Platinum cards with a free but full Priority Pass account. The annual fees for the credit cards with a free Priority Pass account range from KRW 20,000 to KRW 120,000, yet exemptible in many cases.
How common is it in other countries for the banks to issue credit cards with a free Priority Pass account?

I am not aware of a single credit card with free priority pass in the United States. American Express is strict about never waiving the annual fee on the platinum or centurion cards. The B of A accolades card has airport access I believe, however the annual fee is only waived if you have a great deal of money in their accounts; I believe six figures.

The UK Amex Platinum/Centurion cards have the full version of Priority Pass for both primary and one secondary cardholder. That alone was worth more than the annual fee.

In the US the Hilton Surpass Amex ($75 annual fee) comes with the basic PP membership that usually costs $99 per year with each visit being $27 a pop.
