Default Need a new card to put my books on for next semester

I have a scholarship that pays me directly instead of the school, so I have to buy books and get paid a certain amount monthly, I would like a card with 0% interest. My credit score is in the 650-700 range. I was thinking about a Bestbuy Master Card from HSBC as I will probably buy another laptop soon and they have long 0% interest plans on computers.

Be careful because I think the Best Buy card charges the interest retroactively if you don't pay off the balance in full before the 12 months is up. It's going to be hard getting a decent card with that score. Do you have any other options you can tap like parents or grandparents? Unfortunately I think it will be hard to get a decent interest rate.
