    Default who is the doctor from the alteril commercial?

    the doctor on the alteril commercial is named dr. pachorek and is it just me or does anyone else believe this snake oil salesman looks and sounds like nothing but a quack doctor?

    i would never buy snake oil being peddled on a late night infomercial like this but someone must be because alterill commercials have moved up to the prime time slots.

    Out of curiousity, I looked into this for you.

    Dr. Joseph J. Pachorek, MD is a doctor with a practice in Pasadena, CA. There is also a Dr. Donna M. Pachorek practicing nearby in Newbury Park, Ca. They may be husband and wife or relatives.

    Althought this Alteril doctor is not a "quack" his reputation and motives can be clearly questioned for endorsing sleeping pills sold in this fashion.
