I haven't heard anything about them lately? Aren't they pressing charges?

Richard Heene was on Larry King again this past Thursday. He talked for a half hour about how his guilty plea was not because of guilt, but to put this behind him. I give this man no credit he doesn't have an honest bone in his body.

This weekend reportedly there was talk of the judge hauling his butt back into court and make him come clean to everyone about what he did. He can't take a plea deal and plead guilty to the court and turn around and lie to the public.

That's interesting. I have not really followed the story but I know that a plea agreement usually requires an allocution - a public admission of guilt, under oath. If you turnaround and say you were lying when you admitted guilt under oath then you are admitting to perjury, another crime. This guy needs to just realize he f-ed up and move on.

Although he's reportedly barred from profiting from the ordeal for 4 years, I bet he will work out a deal with the judge that allows him to do a reality show as long as the money is used to pay back the restitution. Just wait and see.
