    Default Mastercard "down" in Israel: 5/28/2010

    Does anyone if the Mastercard processing facility in Israel is "down"
    today, 5/28/10? I and some other people have been declined, but our
    card issuers have no knowledge of any transactions?

    If they were down I'm sure it was short lived. There pretty good with keeping their systems up because anytime they're down, that's losing out on a lot of money.
